Vanessa Anne Hudgens Hairstyles
Glenn Harris / Photorazzi

Who needs all the awards when you walk off the set with your all too cute heart throb Zac Efron. Vanessa Anne Hudgens proves that blonds don't always have more fun. She is poetry in motion. Her rich chocolate mid length locks frame her features beautifully. Her look is sweet yet sophisticatedly polished.
Color My World
When you dip yourself in rich smooth chocolate, you are bound to be sweet. That is exactly what Vanessa has done with her
color.
Girls, don't be afraid to step out in a rich one shade color this year. Haircuts are more classic and color should be simple yet stunning to match the shape. Vanessa proves that one color can still show many dimensions in your hair but you must choose appropriate to your skin tone. This way the color will blend with you and not sit on top of you.
What shade am I?

- If you are an olive tone (ie. More green in your color) choose something that has more warmth. Vanessa has more green in her skin from her ethnic background, but this warm chocolate color with honey under tones brings out the soft hues in her skin.
- When you have peaches and cream skin watch out from using too much gold or copper in your mix, it can make your skin turn orange instead of highlighting a sweet rosy effect. Soft beige is best.
- When you are sallow and feel that every dark color tends to make you look yellow, opt for something that has a warm beige tone. Like equal parts of beige and gold. This will keep the warmth you need but also soften it so it is not too overpowering

Sassy Sagittarian
When you are blessed with natural curl,
"WORK IT!" It may look salon perfectly done but I assure you these great spring curls can be achieved at home.
Step 1:
Wash and gently towel dry your hair. Apply a
curl activator to provide more swing and movement to the locks.
Step 2:
Section off a 1 1/2 inch section at the nape and wrap a one inch piece of hair around your finger curling it up like a spring.
If you have naturally curly hair leave the spring, if you don't, pin it to the head with a bobby pin.
Step 3:
Finish all your hair with this method. Then lightly diffuse the hair. Place the hair in the diffuser but don't touch it with your fingers too much and don't rustle it with the dryer.
Step 4:
When the hair is dry, separate it softly with a shine and frizz control serum.
If you want the same fringe, smooth it with a large round brush. Blow-dry the hair forward and leave the brush in for a minute to cool down around the hair. Fasten it to your desired side with a clip, leave it to settle down in this area, then you can remove the clip.
If you have fasten the hair with bobby pins remove them when the hair is dry, also separate the curls with a shine or frizz control serum.

"Can I be in the Band?"
Wearing a head band is tricky, you want to be fashionable and you don't want to look like you are a little girl anymore. Vanessa wears a head band with style and ease. It is a little bit bohemian hippy chic and a quarter rock star.
- First create your parting. You can place it to the side or in the middle and I would leave a two inch space
- Then comb the rest of the hair back. This will give the band security in the hair so it doesn't move too much
- Place the band into place and smooth the hair from the front into the sides of the back. Or for a fun look flip the ends outward
That's it; enjoy a young fresh casual look, ideal for the beach and perfect for a summer afternoon!
Tip:
Don't forget to play with different head band colors and styles, to match your clothes and your mood.
