Shipping Policy
Following credit approval, your order will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday not including holidays).
We ship all the orders via CanadaPost and shipments usually arrive to their destination within 6-10 business days.
One flat shipping rate: $8.90
If you would like a more expedited shipment, please contact us at info@HairstyleCITY.com and will issue you a price quote for the expedited shipping via UPS/FedEx.

All our orders are shipped from our Montreal office in Canada.
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes which are payable at the time of delivery. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Return Policies

Our hair extensions can be refunded or returned within 14 days of the receiving your order, provided:
- Due to health regulations, the extensions package should not show any signs of opening. Once the package is opened we cannot accept it back
- Are sent back to us via recorded delivery
- E-mail or phone us to let us know that a refund is required
